Our Story
Enabled Talent started with a simple realization: exceptional talent exists everywhere, but traditional hiring systems only look in familiar places.
Our founder, Amandipp Singh, learned this through lived experience. Born with partial vision, he consistently encountered systems that focused on what he couldn't do rather than recognizing what he could accomplish. But instead of accepting these limitations, he chose to build something better.
After a decade creating employment programs and working with organizations to improve their hiring practices, Amandipp saw the same challenge repeatedly.
Qualified professionals with disabilities being overlooked because recruitment systems weren't designed to find them.
Why Enabled Talent Exists
In 2023, he partnered with a team of experienced technologists and workforce experts to create Enabled Talent - a platform that connects exceptional professionals with forward-thinking employers through AI-powered matching and personalized support.
