The Story Behind Enabled Talent

Over 850,000 job-ready Canadians with disabilities remain unemployed, not due to lack of skill, but because traditional hiring systems overlook them. Enabled Talent was created to fix that.

Born with partial vision, our founder Amandipp Singh grew up navigating systems that didn't account for his needs. His lived experience shaped a decade-long career in inclusive employment, where he saw one recurring gap: tech-powered hiring solutions were leaving people behind.

In 2023, Amandipp teamed up with experts in AI, HR, and accessibility to launch Enabled Talent. Enabled Talent doesn't just match resumes to job postings. It connects exceptional talent with forward-thinking employers while reshaping how hiring works for people with disabilities.
